Get ready for a once-in-a-lifetime baseball experience in Mazatlán! From February 11 to February 17, 2025, you’ll spend seven days playing alongside pro legends, participating in training sessions, and enjoying exclusive events. With first-class service, unforgettable games, and community activities, this week promises to be the ultimate baseball adventure.
Day 1: Tuesday, February 11, 2025 – Arrival in Mazatlan
Experience VIP Treatment from the Moment You Arrive
Afternoon:
- 2:00 PM – 6:00 PM: Participants arrive at Mazatlán International Airport and receive first-class service from the airport to the hotel.
- 6:00 PM – 7:00 PM: Registration and welcome package distribution at the hotel.
Evening:
- 7:30 PM – 9:30 PM: Welcome dinner and orientation with Vinny Castilla and pro baseball legends.
- 9:30 PM onwards: Free time to relax and prepare for the week ahead.
Day 2: Wednesday, February 12, 2025 – Introduction and Practice

- 4:00 PM – 5:30 PM: Free time to relax or explore.
Evening:
- 6:00 PM – 8:00 PM: Group dinner at a local restaurant.
- 8:00 PM onwards: Optional evening activities.
Day 3: Thursday, February 13, 2025 – Game Day 1
Step onto the Field for Your First Game
Morning:
- 7:30 AM – 8:30 AM: Breakfast at the hotel.
- 9:30 AM – 12:00 PM: Game 1 – Team A vs. Team B at Estadio Teodoro Mariscal.
Afternoon:
- 12:00 PM – 1:00 PM: Lunch at the stadium.
- 1:30 PM – 3:30 PM: Batting practice and coaching clinics with pro baseball legends.
- 4:00 PM – 5:30 PM (Option 1): Take a guided tour of Old Mazatlán (Centro Histórico), visiting landmarks like the Plaza Machado, Angela Peralta Theater, and the Mazatlán Cathedral.
- 4:00 PM – 5:30 PM (Option 2): Explore the Mazatlán Art Museum to appreciate regional art and exhibitions.
Evening:
- 6:00 PM onwards: Free time to explore Mazatlan or relax at the hotel.
Day 4: Friday, February 14, 2025 – Community Service Day
Give Back to the Community Through Baseball
Morning:
- 7:30 AM – 8:30 AM: Breakfast at the hotel.
- 9:00 AM – 12:00 PM: Community service activity – Organizing a baseball clinic for local youth alongside pro baseball stars.
Afternoon:
- 12:00 PM – 1:00 PM: Lunch with community members.
- 1:30 PM – 3:30 PM: Donation event – Distributing baseball equipment to local schools.
- 4:00 PM – 5:30 PM: Free time or optional visit to local attractions.
Evening:
- 6:00 PM – 8:00 PM: Group dinner to celebrate the day of service.
- 8:00 PM onwards: Evening at leisure.
Day 5: Saturday, February 15, 2025 – Game Day 2
Embrace Cross-Cultural Competition

- 7:30 AM – 8:30 AM: Breakfast at the hotel.
- 9:30 AM – 12:00 PM: Team A & B combine for a Cross-Cultural Game against Mexican players.
Afternoon:
- 12:00 PM – 1:00 PM: Lunch at the stadium.
- 1:30 PM – 3:30 PM: Pitching and hitting clinics with coaches.
- 4:00 PM – 6:00 PM: Free time or optional activities.
Evening:
- 6:30 PM onwards: Optional group dinner and cultural experience in Mazatlan.
Day 6: Sunday, February 16, 2025 – Game Day 3
Conclude with a Grand Finale and Celebration
Morning:
- 7:30 AM – 8:30 AM: Breakfast at the hotel.
- 9:30 AM – 12:00 PM: Final Game – Team A vs. Team B at Estadio Teodoro Mariscal.
Afternoon:
- 12:00 PM – 1:00 PM: Lunch at the stadium.
- 1:30 PM – 2:30 PM: Awards ceremony and closing remarks with Vinny Castilla and pro baseball legends.

Day 7: Monday, February 17, 2025 – Departure from Mazatlan
